Why now ?

The UK is set to miss out on £98bn between now and 2030 due to lack of tradespeople.

Tradesconnect bridges the gap between apprenticeship places and relevant students. The platform supports colleges through a simple-to-use process for students to access trades careers, helped by college staff.

Through high-quality trades links, Tradesconnect guides enthused, informed and empowered students into winning careers in trade.

Our recent Partnership with Chichester College Group

We're excited to announce our new partnership with Chichester College Group (CCG), a leading provider of further education and apprenticeships in Sussex. This collaboration aims to provide construction students and apprentices with valuable hands-on experience, bridging the gap between education and industry.

CCG offers a wide range of construction-related courses and apprenticeships, including bricklaying, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, across its campuses. Their commitment to practical, project-based learning ensures that students are well-prepared for real-world challenges. Chichester CollegeChichester College

Through this partnership, students will have opportunities to engage in site visits, receive industry talks, and gain work experience on active construction sites. Such initiatives are designed to inspire and train the next generation of construction professionals. Chichester College

We're proud to support CCG's mission to equip students with the skills and experience needed to excel in the construction industry. Together, we're building a stronger foundation for the future of construction.

We’re proud to support the next generation of brickies!

Covers have once again donated two builders' buckets full of bricklaying tools and goodies as prizes for this year’s Guild of Bricklayers Regional Competition, which will take place on April 28th at Chichester College.

Max Carter, a Technician in Wood Machining at the college, came by earlier this week to collect the prizes.

We’re passionate about supporting young tradespeople, and we’ve been working with Chichester College for many years to help students build strong foundations for their future.

Good luck to all the competitors!
